I offer psychologically-informed body work. What this means is that we attend to what’s alive, not just in your body, but in your body and life. This means we pay attention to your feelings, thoughts, and body.
Through the supportive lens of somatics, and a deep reverence of the the body’s language and innate wisdom, I offer listening and inquiry about ways that we are, and can be, in relationship with our bodies.
The Bodywork is a blend of connective tissue therapy, treating fascia and musculature, as well as the accepting energy of LomiLomi ( you can read more about the descriptions of my influential modalities by clicking on their titles above). I work a blend, a fusion of these potent modalities, crafting a session with you that best suits your specific needs on any given day.

exploring, reflecting and stoking truth that lives inside of you. This conversational time is dedicated to tending to what matters in your life; physically, spiritually, emotionally and collectively. Through presence-centered awareness, reflection, validation, and inquiry we honor and revere the complex experience of being human. We seek to investigate & integrate important parts of life, and commit to tending to the fire of what is alive and true in your life.
